Shore Excursions essentials
What if my ship is delayed or misses the port?
We monitor all cruise schedules closely and stay in contact with the port throughout the day. If your ship is delayed, we’ll adjust your tour start time accordingly at no extra charge. In the unlikely event your ship misses the port entirely, we offer a full refund.
Are entry tickets to attractions included?
Entry tickets are not included in the tour price unless stated otherwise in your specific tour package. Your driver/guide will advise you on entry costs at each attraction in advance, so there are no surprises on the day. Many of our itineraries are flexible, so if you’d prefer to skip a paid attraction we can adjust accordingly.
How do I find my driver at the terminal?
Your driver will be waiting at the designated cruise passenger collection point at the terminal, holding a sign clearly displaying your name. Full pickup details including a contact number for your driver will be sent to you prior to your tour date.
